Are you detail-driven and passionate about maintaining high standards? We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our calibration services. This position reports directly to the Director of Training and supports our commitment to excellence and reliability.

🔍 Job Overview:
The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and validating calibration invoices and related documentation, ensuring full compliance with company and OEM standards. You’ll follow a structured quality assurance process, identify discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify calibration invoices for accuracy and completeness
Ensure supporting documentation (photos, reports, calibration data) is properly uploaded and aligned
Identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies with operations teams
Follow a standardized QC checklist to maintain quality benchmarks
Track and report quality metrics, trends, and recurring issues
Collaborate with administrative staff to uphold documentation standards
Maintain organized digital records for audit and insurance compliance
Provide weekly feedback and performance reports to leadership

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in quality control, auditing, or administrative review (automotive, insurance, or service industry preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in digital document management systems and basic data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow regimented processes while identifying workflow improvements
High integrity and accountability in maintaining quality standards
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
