CORE DUTIES
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and Industry standards.
• Develop, review, and update the company’s compliance policies and procedures regularly.
• Advise the organization on regulatory changes and their potential Impact on business operations.
• Oversee due diligence processes related to third-party vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Champion and support risk assessments in Data Protection and Anti Money Laundering to identify potential compliance risks.
• Ensure employees understand compliance regulations and the consequences of violations.
• Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Use technological solutions to track, monitor, and predict compliance risks, identify suspicious activities, and streamline audits.
