KENYA FIELD COORDINATOR
RELOCATION: EMBU, KENYA

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, lead and coordinate daily and weekly work plans at AITEC Embu.
- Supervise farm and field operations, ensuring ensuality, safet, and efficiency.
- Manage logistics, procurement, and communication with partners and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and report outcomes using digital tools like Monday.com.

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or field operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Embu, Kenya
