Role Summary
We’re looking for a Junior HR Associate to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations efforts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who is looking to grow and make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven logistics company.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
• Monitor and track staff attendance, leave days, and overtime
• Support payroll data preparation and benefits administration
• Participate in organizing staff engagement and training activities
• Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
• Provide administrative support across other HR functions as required

Qualifications & Skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a KNEC Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 1-2 years’ experience in a human resource support role
• Member of IHRM
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive matters confidentially
• Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
