Student Counsellor (Mombasa)

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on academic programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
- Assist with application forms, documentation, and submissions.
- Provide accurate and updated information on fees, scholarships, and living arrangements.
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions for smooth student placements.
- Follow up with students and provide ongoing support throughout the admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely CRM updates.
- Safeguard student data and uphold confidentiality.
- Promote fairness and equality in all student interactions.

Requirements:
- Diploma in business, sales and marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in student advising or international education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
