OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Handle daily admin tasks like filing, data entry and record keeping.
- Manage office logistics, supplies, meetings and communication.
- Prepare invoices, quotations and reports with the accounts/technical team.
- Support procurement, stock tracking and use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge in refrigeration and solar is an added advantage.
