🌸 Florius is hiring a Farm Manager (Naivasha, Kenya) 🌸
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager / Administrator to join our team at our partner flower farm in Kenya.

This senior role involves the responsibility for the farm’s day-to-day operations, including labour allocation, crop scheduling, compliance, stock management, export coordination, communication with other farms, and liaising with government authorities — all with a focus on efficiency, quality, and security.

You will be a key member of the senior management team, driving collaboration, team spirit, and consistent high-quality performance across the farm to produce fresh and colourful flowers.

📍 Location: On-site in Kenya, living at the farm.
✅ Must-haves: Proven farm/horticulture management, degree/diploma, strong leadership, organisational skills, and experience in developing countries.
👍 Nice to have: Kenyan citizenship or valid work permit.
