We Are Hiring
Club Manager (General Manager)

Location: Nakuru Golf Club
Reports to: Management Committee

We're hiring a dynamic Club Manager to lead administration, HR, service delivery, and strategy implementation across all departments — including golf, finance, hospitality, and member services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure department coordination
- Lead HR functions: recruitment, appraisals, training, compliance
- Supervise staff and uphold professional standards
- Handle payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Support marketing, events, and member engagement
- Work closely with Golf Captain on tournaments and programs

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, HR, Hospitality, or related field
- CHRP or CPA(K) is an added advantage
- 15+ years experience (10+ in a Senior Managerial role)
- Strong HR & admin background (preferably in a Club/hospitality setting)
- Excellent leadership and people skills
- Sound knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
