Positions : Programming and Training Coordinator - Education
Salary : KES.206,530 p.m

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or other related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience working in STEM Education programs
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and facilitation for adult audiences using adult learning principles and methodologies, and working with large audiences
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in cross-cultural environments, especially with international participants.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development programs, preferably with volunteer programs.
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and executing a training continuum.
7. Fluency in both English and Kiswahili (written and spoken) is required, and an ability to quickly and accurately switch between Kiswahili to English, and vice versa.
