Role Summary:
The Sales executive – New Holland is responsible for driving tractor sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting set targets for volume, gross profit, and satisfaction. The role involves prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, guiding customers through the sales and financing processes, and ensuring post-sale support. 
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting brand visibility through showroom standards and activations, and collaborating with internal teams. The Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding market reach and ensuring customer loyalty. The role also demands keen product knowledge, adherence to compliance standards, and effective reporting to support business growth. 
Requirements:
- Strong Customer focus
- Able to intercept effectively with others
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously and act as part of a team
- Self-starter, able to solve problems without asking
- Recognising when to ask for help or advice and adaptability to a changing workplace environment
- Minimum degree holder in a business-related field
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
- Computer Literature
- Valid driving license
- 2 years in vehicle retail sales with notable sales record for volume and profit
