Operations Controller at Amicabre Travel services
We are a fast-growing transport service company in Kenya, specializing in car hire, corporate staff transfers, and airport transfers. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our control room team as an Operations Controller.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
*Key Responsibilities*
Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch, routing, and driver assignments.
Monitor and manage trip schedules for transfers.
Ensure timely communication and reporting between drivers and clients.
Maintain trip records, vehicle logs, and performance reports.
Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service follow-ups.
Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure efficient operations.
*Minimum Qualifications and Requirements*
Certificate in Customer care, Transport Management ,Fleet Management or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy control room or similar environment.
Experience in the transport industry is an added advantage.
Must be over 25 years of age.
High level of integrity and a proven track record.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Fast learner, problem-solver, and flexible team player.
Strong character with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Able to work under pressure.
Professional demeanor and self-motivation are key
