Project Officer
Responsibility Summary:
• Develop Product Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive product development strategy.
• Managerial Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Stakeholder engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Operational Responsibilities: Product development & Enhancement, Vendor Management and Performance Monitoring.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business, Finance, or ICT related field.
• Professional Certification in project management related course e.g. PMP, Prince2, MS Office Suite.
• Minimum of 3- years’ experience in General banking with good understanding of Banking operations with a Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project management.
Skills/Experience Required
• Strong analytical & Problem Solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability & accuracy with high levels of attention to detail,
• Organization & Coordination,
• Good Stakeholder engagement
