🔹 Key Requirements:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of finance principles or HR practices is a plus.
