Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily property operations — leasing, tenant relations, and occupancy management.
2. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
3. Manage maintenance, service contracts, and capital works.
4. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive rental levels.
5. Lead and train property management staff.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
7. Ensure full compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
☑ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.
☑ Full membership with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) — mandatory.
☑ Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management (3+ years supervisory).
☑ Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and property systems.
☑ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
