Package: KES 170,000 – 270,000 (Gross)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years in depot/warehouse management (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination & team leadership
• Strong leadership, organizational & supervisory skills
• Problem-solving, decision-making & multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of WMS & inventory software
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Customer-focused with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent, and improvement-driven

Key Responsibilities
• Depot Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies, safety standards & regulations; manage receiving, storage & dispatch; enforce efficient procedures.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock counts, minimize wastage, conduct audits, monitor stock levels & coordinate deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train & supervise depot staff; delegate tasks; conduct reviews; ensure adherence to policies & safety.
• Customer Service: Ensure efficient order processing; resolve depot-related issues; maintain strong customer & distributor relationships.
• Health & Safety: Implement & monitor compliance, conduct safety checks & drills, enforce protocols.
• Reporting & Administration: Submit reports on operations, inventory, staff & expenses; maintain accurate depot records.
• Process Improvement: Identify cost-saving, efficiency opportunities; implement best practices & SOPs.
