Description

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, CV screening, scheduling, candidate follow-up)
Prepare offer letters, contracts, onboarding packs, and employee handbooks for clients
Provide general admin support to the HR team — calendar, filing, reports, etc.
Coordinate and support employee training programs and workshops
Assist with HR policies, compliance documentation, and HRIS updates
Help manage client projects, maintain communication, and follow up on deliverables
Support engagement initiatives and internal HR events

What You’ll Bring:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
0–2 years’ experience in an HR outsourcing firm or high-paced HR department
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
A learning mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
