Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Purpose:
To develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the sales of high-end ceramic and sanitary ware products.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage brand image through advertising, showroom displays, and consistent messaging.
Conduct market research and track marketing performance using tools like Excel and CRM.
Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and VIP receptions.
Create and manage content across digital and print platforms.
Support showroom promotions and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury or building materials sector.
Proficient in digital marketing, Excel, and basic design tools.
Strong communication, creativity, and data analysis skills.
Preferred:
Experience in premium/luxury product marketing is a plus.
