Customer Service Officer.
 
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service within the textile/garment/packaging industry.
Strong understanding of production cycles and order management.
Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing software.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
High attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Attributes

Industry-specific knowledge of tags, labels, or garment packaging is a strong advantage.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Team player with a collaborative attitude.
Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs.
Can start immediately
