All candidates must:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a busy hot kitchen environment.
• Expertise in preparing a wide variety of hot dishes (local & international cuisines).
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
