DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Are you a digitally savvy storyteller with a flair for hospitality and an eye for data? PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camps is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our brand’s online presence across Kenya and beyond.
As part of our dynamic Revenue & E-Commerce team, you will take the lead in driving digital strategy, managing campaigns, and optimizing our web and social platforms to grow traffic, loyalty, and conversions.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include managing and executing digital campaigns across social media and email, optimizing website user experience and SEO/SEM, overseeing online engagement and guest reviews, and collaborating with vendors and in-house teams to support promotions and direct bookings. You will also play a key role in innovation, loyalty program management, analytics reporting, and monitoring industry trends.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Digital Marketing & Communications.
• Certificate in Digital Marketing for Hotels.
• At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a 4- or 5- star hotel.
• Proven experience with social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
