We are currently looking to fill the position of Kitchen Manager at Bliss Resort, and we’re inviting talented, experienced professionals to apply:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
·  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
·  3–5 years in senior kitchen management in a 4-star hotel or resort
·  Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
·  Solid knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and food cost control
·  Ability to perform well under pressure and resolve issues quickly

Key Responsibilities
·  Lead and supervise kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and stewards
·  Schedule team shifts and manage performance evaluations
·  Coordinate with service and stores teams to ensure timely delivery and stock control
·  Oversee daily kitchen operations, reduce food wastage, and optimize costs
·  Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
·  Manage kitchen operations for events and banqueting, including prep and manpower allocation
·  Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning, standardization, and portion control
·  Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff
·  Track kitchen inventory, equipment maintenance, and cost records
·  Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations
