Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:
The CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic management of Medical Centers. This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability while advancing the organization’s mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations of the Medical Centers.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Lead and support executive and clinical leadership teams.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, regulatory bodies, and the community.
• Report regularly to the Board/Managing Director on clinical outcomes, operations, risks, and strategic goals.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field required.
• Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 13 years senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven Leadership & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex operations, and make sound, independent strategic decisions.
