Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Job Summary:
The COO oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the Medical Centers to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role focuses on optimizing processes, resource management, and operational performance while supporting clinical and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve daily operations across all departments.
- Ensure 100% supply of required consumables to the Medical Centers without over-stocking.
- Maintain an average monthly Stock variance for Medical Centers.
- Responsible for Growth in Insurance / Corporate Partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Lead initiatives for operational efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.
- Support clinical and administrative teams in meeting patient care and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:
- Educational background: Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital management.
- Proven Leadership & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex operations, and make sound, independent strategic decisions.
