Finance Manager

Description

What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Analyze performance trends and deliver insights to leadership
Prepare precise financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
Manage daily cash flow and develop effective risk management strategies
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls
Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team
Continuously improve financial systems and processes

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like CPA/ACCA/CIMA are a plus)
Proven experience in finance and accounting with escalating responsibilities
Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial regulations
Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero)
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial data
Strong leadership, collaboration, and ethical standards

Salary: 200,000-300,000 Kes Gross.
