Requirements;
1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR Option), or Bachelor of Commerce (HR Option).
2. Basic understanding of HR functions and Kenyan labour laws.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
