Qualification
-Proven experience as a butcher
-Familiarity with various meat cuts
-Ability to operate meat processing equipment:
• Bonesaw machine
• Meat slicers
• Grinders and scales
-Ability to maintain accurate logs of meat cuts, inventory, usage, and waste
-Good understanding of meat handling and food safety regulations
