Registration Specialist - Veterinary

Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for preparing submitting and registering of Animal health new products and for managing all other registration activities.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit eCTD applications for new products, renewals, and variations.
- Understand the export regulations within and outside East Africa.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions with internal teams (Planning, R&D, Operations, Legal).
- Monitor and report compliance issues to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
- Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and ensure timely implementation.
- Review technical data and reports for accuracy in submissions.
- Handle registration documentation, tenders, and NGO/hospital questionnaires.
- Maintain records and systems for export country submissions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Degree in Veterinary Medicine or any animal health related sciences.
- Minimum 3 yrs Experience in Regulatory Affairs in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory requirements pertaining to product registration in various countries.

Competencies
- Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Up to date with national & international regulatory guidelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player; works well with QA, QC, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Professional, ethical, and integrity-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
