Internal Auditor
Location: Nairobi

Our Client a renowned food manufacturer in the FMCG sector is looking for an Internal Auditor for their manufacturing operations, to be based in Nairobi. The role holder shall be instrumental in an effective Internal Audit function that will undertake independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's processes including, controls structure, risk management and reporting; ensure that business processes and practices are efficient; that Gross aspects are safeguarded; and those relevant legal and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures are adhered to.

If you have the following qualifications and competencies, kindly apply:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field. A Master's in business would be an added advantage.
2. Strictly accountancy certifications such as CPA-K, ACCA or Chartered Accountants (CA) are a MUST.
3. Relevant working experience of five (5) to six (6) years in a similar sector (FMCG).
4. ICPAK membership.
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of internal audit practices, methodologies and standards.
6. Reporting and Communication skills; Prepare comprehensive and timely audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and management responses.
7. Team Leadership and Development; Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
