#Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to lead and manage a modern indoor recreational Centre offering diverse experiences such as paddle tennis, bowling, arcade and kids’ games, movies, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, enhancing customer experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and positioning the centre as the premier destination for leisure and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
#1. Strategic & Business Leadership
Drive the overall vision and growth of the centre to ensure it becomes the leading entertainment hub.
Develop and implement business strategies that drive profitability, customer retention, and foot traffic.
Lead innovation and product development to keep offerings fresh, exciting, and competitive.
#2. Revenue Generation & Financial Oversight
Oversee daily revenue generation activities and ensure optimal pricing and promotions.
Develop and manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to achieve or exceed profitability goals.
#3. Operations & Service Excellence
Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all facilities, games, and services.
Develop and enforce operational policies, safety standards, and guest service protocols.
Supervise team scheduling, inventory, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
#4. Marketing, Branding & Visibility
Champion the branding and marketing of the centre across digital, traditional, and community platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and loyalty programs.
Represent the brand in industry forums, events, and local community initiatives.
#5. Customer Experience & Innovation
Continuously enhance the customer experience through themed events, new activities, and personalized guest service.
Monitor guest feedback and service standards; develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Introduce innovative programming and entertainment options that meet diverse customer needs.
#6. Team Management -Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including front-of-house, game attendants, custodians, and service staff.
#Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure & Recreation, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest entertainment management.
Experience managing a leisure facility, hotel recreation department, or family entertainment centre preferred.
Proven ability to manage P&L, marketing strategy, and customer experience initiatives.
Creative and proactive approach to service design and guest engagement.
