A well-established company is hiring a skilled HR Officer to manage daily human resource operations and support employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Process payroll, NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and other statutory deductions
Coordinate performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
Handle employee relations and HR compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
4 years’ experience in a similar HR role
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll tools
Chinese language skills are an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
