A company in Nairobi is looking for a dedicated Administrative Specialist with 2 years of experience as an admin to support our team in Nairobi.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
✅ Oversee company car usage, scheduling, and maintenance.
✅ Handle administrative budgets and maintain accurate records.
✅ Support reception/front office duties and provide excellent first-point-of-contact service.
✅ Offer administrative support across departments.
Qualifications:
✨ Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
✨ Strong computer skills – especially MS Excel.
✨ A valid driver’s license with driving experience.
✨ Excellent organizational skills.
✨ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
