🍽️ Job Vacancy: Food & Beverage Controller – Nairobi
We are hiring a skilled and responsible Food & Beverage Controller to manage and monitor food and beverage operations in our hotel. The ideal candidate should be male, with at least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, and strong knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and reporting.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Monitor food and beverage stock levels and usage
Control costs and reduce waste through proper planning
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Prepare regular reports on consumption, costs, and variances
Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock movements
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for food and beverage departments
Conduct regular audits and stock checks
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage control within the hotel industry
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
Honest, reliable, and well-organized
💰 Salary: KSh 30,000 – 45,000 per month
