TERRITORY SALES SUPERVISOR - CAR LOAN FINANCING

Job Summary
Our client, offering car loan financing & other financial products, is looking to hire a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead and grow car loan financing operations within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will oversee dealer relationships, manage a team of sales agents, and ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Location: Nairobi - Westlands | Salary: Open & Competitive

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales and team leadership within financial services, preferably in auto finance or consumer lending.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field sales operations.
• Strong understanding of car loan products and the automotive market in Kenya.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
