🌟 Client Feedback & Admin Intern – Westlands, Nairobi 🌟
📍 Location: Westlands, Nairobi
⏳ Duration: 6 months (with potential full-time absorption)
💰 Allowance: KES 20,000 per month

A dynamic recruitment & talent solutions firm, is looking for a proactive Client Feedback & Admin Intern to support client communication, feedback management, and social media scheduling. This role offers hands-on exposure to administration, customer experience, and digital engagement, with a clear growth path into roles such as Communications & Client Experience Officer or Marketing Associate.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage client & candidate inquiries (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, website)
✔️ Collect & report feedback to improve client experience
✔️ Support recruiters with follow-ups & communication
✔️ Assist with scheduling social media posts & tracking engagement
✔️ Maintain accurate client records & prepare reports
