🩺 What You’ll Do
Be the friendly voice that welcomes patients and caregivers
Register patients and schedule telehealth or in-home visits
Educate patients on services, insurance, and costs
Use tools like RingCentral, Zoho Desk, and E-Clinical Works
Escalate urgent medical cases to clinical staff
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, patient intake, or call center (healthcare preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft tools
