🔹 Role Overview:
As a Sales – Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound reservation inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the reservation process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide timely follow-ups and resolve customer concerns.
🔹 Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, reservations, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems is a plus.
