Business Development & Negotiation Consultant – Smart Electronics & Automation

Location: Nairobi

We are hiring a seasoned Business Development & Negotiation Consultant to lead the final phase of a high-impact market entry project in Kenya’s smart electronics and automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a negotiation strategy to secure distributor and integrator partnerships.
- Lead high-value negotiations and finalize partnership agreements.
- Draft agreements covering roles, pricing models, performance benchmarks, and compliance terms.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure successful contract execution and sales alignment.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years in sales/business development within smart electronics, automation systems, or related industries.
- Strong track record in distributor partnerships, contract negotiation, and market expansion projects.
- Knowledge of products such as kiosks, digital signage, nurse call systems, access control, and smart hotel/parking solutions.
