LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

Join Mirema School as a Laundry Attendant — responsible for cleaning, ironing, repairing, and maintaining school laundry (uniforms, beddings, linens, and curtains) to the highest standards of hygiene and order.

Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a school, hospital, or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of fabric care and laundry equipment.
- High standards of cleanliness and organization.

Skills and Attributes
- Collect, wash, dry, and iron uniforms, beddings, and staff coats.
- Operate and maintain laundry machines safely and efficiently.
- Handle detergents and cleaning agents correctly.
- Fold, label, and store laundered items neatly.
- Perform minor repairs (stitching, buttons).
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and monitor supplies.
- Report damages or equipment faults promptly.
