EXECUTIVE DRIVER-NAIROBI
Our client seeks to recruit for an Executive Driver.

Qualification
- High school certificate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven 4+ years' experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or administrative setting.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of defensive driving techniques, (Defensive Driving Certificate (from AA Kenya, NTSA, or equivalent) preferred.)
- Proven record of safe driving and knowledge of Nairobi and other routes.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance).
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks outside of driving and administrative duties.

Duties
- Safely transport the Director to designated locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, conducting regular inspections, and scheduling necessary repairs or servicing.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
- Ensure timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, etc.
- Provision of administrative and logistical support as needed, including assisting with tasks and office errands such as delivering documents, packages, and other items as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
