We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in business development, key account management, and solution-based sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship management skills, similar to those exemplified by top-performing professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Strategy
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend growth strategies.
4. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
5. Key Account Management
6. Act as the primary contact for government and corporate accounts.
7. Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
8. Ensure timely delivery of solutions by coordinating with pre-sales, technical, and project teams.
9. Sales Operations & Reporting
10. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to support decision-making.
11. Lead bid preparation, contract negotiations, and project handovers.
12. Follow up on payments and manage client service contracts.
13. Leadership & Team Support
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
15. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years’ progressive sales experience, preferably in security, ICT, or related industries.
3. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding high-value sales targets.
4. Proven ability to lead negotiations, close complex deals, and manage long-term contracts.
