Human Resource Manager

YOUR ROLE
- Lead HR strategy, policy, and compliance with Kenyan labor laws
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes
- Manage employee relations, grievances & welfare programs
- Drive performance management & training initiatives
- Ensure payroll, benefits & compensation administration
- Maintain HR records & foster a positive work culture
- Champion health, safety & wellness compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Higher Diploma/CHRP & valid IHRM membership preferred
- 5–7 years’ HR experience (3+ in managerial role, service industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices & compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication & conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems & MS Office Suite
