TEAM LEADER – LOGBOOK SALES

Our client in the Microfinance Industry is seeking a Team Leader – Logbook Sales. The individual will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth of the logbook loan product, managing and mentoring a team of Sales Representatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of set targets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive sales performance in logbook loans by setting and monitoring targets to ensure consistent achievement of team and individual goals.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring timely reporting to management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and customer retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, accountability, and teamwork.
- Allocate sales territories and monitor field activities to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee accurate documentation and processing of loan applications.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, sales trackers, and performance updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in selling LOG BOOK LOANS.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within financial services, banking, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of credit policies, loan processing, and compliance requirements.
