WEB DEVELOPER TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities
Customer Success Leadership
• Serve as the main contact for high-value accounts.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies.
• Monitor customer journeys and reduce churn.
• Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Team & Project Management
• Lead a cross-functional team (developers, content, campaign managers).
• Assign tasks, track timelines, and ensure delivery.
• Represent the team in executive and client meetings.
• Build a collaborative and feedback-driven culture.

Web & Product Fulfillment Oversight
• Oversee delivery of websites, landing pages, and SEO.
• Ensure integration of tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Email).
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams to maintain quality.

Data, Reporting & Insights
• Prepare and present performance reports (traffic, SEO, ROI).
• Maintain dashboards and customer success KPIs.
• Recommend data-driven improvements for retention and value.

Qualifications
• 4+ years in customer success, project management, or digital delivery.
• Experience managing client accounts and web projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana).
• Familiar with web tech (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, Webflow).
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Suite, and tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SEO, Ads, Email, and Social Media campaigns.
• Skilled in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of AI in customer success.
