WE ARE HIRING
HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERVISOR
On behalf of our client EACOP, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to work in Uganda.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to Health & Safety aspects for works conducted by the Land and Social contractors.
- Implement the regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with local and other H&S regulatory requirements.
- HSE Performance reporting for LSOC contractor
- Incident management including reporting, notification, investigation & analysis
- Contractor HSE Management – analysis of pre-qualification and call for tenders; evaluation and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal qualification in a recognized HSE discipline (NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum).
- National Occupational Safety and Health certification (as required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry or related experience in large scale projects & industrial operations.
- Technical competencies: Good knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety; Risk Analysis, Contractor HSE Management.
