Zeno is building a tech platform to electrify this two-wheeler market, currently responsible for more than 4% of the world’s GHG emissions. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition and democratize the benefits across Africa, India, and Latin America. With a focus on East Africa as a starting point, Zeno is building a new energy ecosystem with ground-up development of a fundamentally better electric motorcycle, battery, and associated battery charging network to drive a better experience for our customers.

The Role

Zeno is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to support our growing operations in Kenya. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and tracking of components and parts used in Zeno’s electric vehicle and energy infrastructure network. The Stock Keeper will work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, support deployment timelines, and ensure that essential materials are available at the right time and place.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience managing warehouse or inventory systems, and is comfortable handling logistics in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to Product Technical Lead and plays a vital role in supporting our mission of building a reliable and sustainable charging network across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

✅️Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
✅️Maintain inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
✅️Ensure proper storage of items in designated locations.
✅️Issue materials, supplies, and equipment as requested and maintain accurate records.
✅️Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary.
✅️Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store or warehouse.
✅️Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
✅️Ensure items are properly labeled and stored to prevent damage or loss.
✅️Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.
✅️Follow safety and security protocols to protect inventory and personnel
