REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a born-Again Christian who conforms to CITAM Statement of Faith.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media, Business, Theology, or related field.
• A master's degree in leadership will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 13 years of similar work experience, at least 7 in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to lead a para-church organization.
