REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Management preferably in a multi branch or service industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Masters Degree is an added advantage.
- CHRP Qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability in recruitment, employee relations, perfomance management and policy development.
- Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills.
