#Hiring the Above Roles in DRC
1. Customer Care Agents (5 positions)
 Requirements: 
Fluent in French (spoken & written) 
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools 
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries.
Log service tickets.
Follow up on resolutions
 To ensure a positive client experience. 
Salary range: USD 300–500/month

2. Technical Assistant Agents (5 positions)
Requirements:
Fluent in French 
Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge 
Computer literate; able to follow procedures and escalate issues

Responsibilities: 
Provide first-level technical support. 
Monitor systems.
Perform basic troubleshooting.
Escalate issues as needed. 
Salary range: USD 400–500/month

3. Supervisor – Customer & Technical Support (1 position) 
Requirements:  
Fluent in French 
3–5 years’ experience managing support teams 
Strong reporting and workflow management skills

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 agents
Manage daily operations
Ensure SLA compliance
Train staff 
Handle escalations.
  Salary range: USD 1,500–3,000/month

4. Admin Executive (1 position)
Requirements: 
Fluent in French; English proficiency preferred 
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling tools) 
2–4 years’ experience in administration or office management

Responsibilities: 
Manage office administration. 
Procurement.
Scheduling.
Support HR and Finance with documentation and daily operations. 
Salary range: USD 500–1,000/month
