Key Accounts Manager

Description

An FMCG company based in Nairobi is looking for a suitable candidate for Key Accounts Management, who has previously worked in the same role with Naivas Supermarkets. The following requirements are to be met.


*Preferred Qualifications*
- *Experience working with Naivas Supermarkets Kenya*: Direct experience working with Naivas Supermarkets Kenya or similar retail chains in Kenya would be an added advantage.

- *Supply Chain Knowledge*: Understanding of supply chain management and logistics would be beneficial in managing key accounts.

- *Data Analysis*: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform key account management decisions.

- *Leadership Skills*: Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior staff members.

Key Skills
- *Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
- *Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities*
- *Negotiation and conflict resolution skills*
- *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines*
- *Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office*

Qualifications
- *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field*
- *Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or supply chain management would be an added advantage*
