POSITION: IMPACT STUDIES EXPERT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing and conducting rigorous mixed-methods impact evaluations in the agricultural sector.
- Extensive hands-on experience in data management, cleaning, and statistical analysis using advanced tools such as STATA, SPSS, NLOGIT, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated scientific publication record, including journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, with a focus on impact evaluation and socio-economic studies in the sub-Saharan African agricultural sector.
- Experience in multi-country research work in Agriculture, Agribusiness, and related fields will be an added advantage.
- Experience in environmental impact assessment and evaluation is desirable.
